You may be thinking from recent events that the US administration and the rest of the world are against Israel and Jerusalem. What does this mean to you and your brothers, fellow believers in Yeshua? How concerned are you about our administration turning its back on Israel? Bible students know that all nations will turn against Israel at the time of the end; But you may not have considered this may include the United States.

“For behold, in those days and at that time when I shall reverse and restore the fortunes of Judah and Jerusalem, I will gather all nations and will bring them down into the Valley of Jehoshaphat, and there will I deal with and execute judgment upon them for their treatment of My people, and for My heritage, Israel.” [Joel 3:1-2; ]

Verse 1 was fully fulfilled in May, 1948. For the last 67 years, God has allowed Israel’s enemies to fight against Israel. God promised Israel originally that He would never allow their enemies to achieve military victory over Israel as long as they followed God’s commandments and loved Him with all their hearts.

“The Lord shall cause your enemies who rise up against you to be defeated before your face; they shall come out against you one way and flee before you seven ways.” [Deuteronomy 28:7]

for the Lord dwells in Zion.” People who hate the Jews and are trying to annihilate them on the basis of Anti-Zionist feelings should understand that God is the biggest Zionist in the world today, and shall be for eternity.

“And I will bring back the exiles of My people Israel … and I will plant them upon their land and they shall no more be torn up out of their land which I gave them, says the Lord your God.” [Amos 9:14-15]

God will bring back all the tribes of Israel; this includes not only the house of Judah (the Jews) but also The House of Israel.

God has clearly stated that He will defend Israel so that no combination of armies can defeat her once He has brought her back to her land, an event that Yeshua stated [Matthew 24] would begin the End of the Age. In fact, God has said He will personally see to it that Israel is never defeated. Listen to several verses:

“And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people: and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book.” Dan 12:1

Michael the Archangel will stand up in heaven to take personal charge of defending Israel. He shall marshal all the armies of Heaven to aid him in his defense of God’s Chosen Nation. Without warning, as the survival of Israel seemingly hangs in the balance, and the future looks mightily bleak, the world armies (most likely including the US) will abruptly be facing a supernatural foe. God tells us how it will be:

“In that day shall the LORD defend the inhabitants of Jerusalem; and he that is feeble among them at that day shall be as David; and the house of David shall be as God, as the angel of the LORD before them. Zec 12:8

“And it shall come to pass in that day, that I will seek to destroy all the nations that come against Jerusalem.” Zec 12:9

The leaders of the nations, who directly or indirectly wage war with Israel, will be destroyed. Consider what happened to the people of Egypt during Pharaoh’s hard- hearted attitude to God’s request to let Israel go. The people of Egypt paid the price.

If you have accepted Yeshua as your personal Savior and master, but have been very lukewarm in your spiritual walk with Him, you need to repent and turn back to his instructions given to Moses at Mount Sinai. Then, you need to begin a daily walk in Yeshua’s rightness (walk as He walked).

You have only two choices: God’s kingdom with Yeshua as our King, or man’s ways by determining what is right and wrong, holy or unholy, and clean or unclean – contrary to God’s instructions. Most of you reading this instinctively know that we are close to or in the final days. One last thought:

“My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.” Hos_4:6
