The Bridegroom is Coming!

The final trumpet call for Messiah’s Bride announcing her forthcoming wedding is sounded on Yom Teruah, the fifth of Yahweh’s seven Levitical Feast Days. On this day, the blowing of two silver trumpets alerts the Bride that her Bridegroom is on His way. This High Holy Feast day, which is a Sabbath to Yahweh, falls on the first day of the seventh month (called Tishrei) in the biblical Hebrew calendar. It is the first lunar sighting of the New Moon that determines the beginning of each month. The day and hour of the new moon’s sighting cannot be pre-calculated definitely by man, as the moon may tarry over Jerusalem for one and a half to three and a half days before appearing in the night sky. Only Yahweh knows when that first sighting will appear The first day Tishrei/Yom Teruah is established as soon as the eye can see/witness the crescent moon on the seventh month. (Leviticus 23; Matthew 25:13; Mark 13:32; 1 Thessalonians 5:2; 2 Peter 3:10; Revelation 3:3).
